Psychopharmacology and Psychotherapy are two sides of a coin in the management of psychiatric and psychological problems.
In the course of my experience, I found that the homoeopathic “Case Taking” and the “Case Taking” of our patients during the first session are very similar. Second, the majority of patients present with psychological symptoms rather than psychiatric ones (such as psychoses that prevent them from maintaining a normal lifestyle), which is why homoeopathy was added to my treatment protocol. In my clinical experience, the prognosis for this approach is as high as 80%. Additionally, I see mental health problems as more of a lifestyle issue.
So I equipped myself with course in Naturopathy, which helped me advise patients on diet, yoga, breathing exercises, and mind-training methods like Neurolonguistic Programmning, and Quantum Hypnotherapy.
Having taken up Organisational Psychology in M.A, it was imperative for me to do Advance Diploma in HRD, so that I am better prepared to make Corporate Training workshops more educational and applicable.
