Late Cancellations/No-Shows: For appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment (no-show), a cancellation fee may be charged. The fee amount will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling and will depend on the type of appointment and the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
Refund Policy
Services Rendered: Refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been rendered. This includes therapy sessions, assessments, consultations, or any other services provided by Dr. Madhumati Singh or her team.
